Technical
Notes:
This wine is the top product in our superior range. It is a modern Reserva,
very different from the traditional concept of over-oaked wines. It spent
13 months in our best third- and fourth-usage American oak barrels, before
being laid down in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months. Fruit and oak are
perfectly balanced in a wine that highlights the qualities of Tempranillo.
Tasting
Notes:
Intense ruby-red colour, indicative of the long life ahead of this wine. Integrated
red fruit and oak appear on the nose, and this is confirmed on the palate,
with a subtle, lingering aftertaste that encourages us to have another glass,
unlike many Reservas. The wine's complexity gives an idea of the care that
was taken when making it.
Serving
Suggestions:
This wine should be served at 18ºC. It combines perfectly with red meats,
stews and mature cheeses, but best of all with Iberian ham from Extremadura.
