This wine is the top product in our superior range. It is a modern Reserva, very different from the traditional concept of over-oaked wines. It spent 13 months in our best third- and fourth-usage American oak barrels, before being laid down in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months. Fruit and oak are perfectly balanced in a wine that highlights the qualities of Tempranillo.
Intense ruby-red colour, indicative of the long life ahead of this wine. Integrated red fruit and oak appear on the nose, and this is confirmed on the palate, with a subtle, lingering aftertaste that encourages us to have another glass, unlike many Reservas. The wine's complexity gives an idea of the care that was taken when making it.
This wine should be served at 18ºC. It combines perfectly with red meats, stews and mature cheeses, but best of all with Iberian ham from Extremadura.
