This wine is made from a special selection of our best grapes. It is fermented in steel tanks and then aged for six months in new American oak barrels. Due to the high temperatures in the Ribera del Guadiana D.O., the ageing cellar is permanently air-conditioned. This wine comes out two years after the grape harvest.
Ruby red colour with purple overtones. A delicately balanced combination of fruit and vanilla on the nose and palate. It has a highly complex finish.
We recommend that this wine be served at about 18ºC. It combines wonderfully with red meats, mature cheeses and Iberian or Serrano ham.
