A superior quality unoaked Red, Cadencia is fruit-driven yet complex. Its development has been made possible by the use of an innovative wine-making technique: a combination of carbonic and traditional maceration. Cutting-edge technology, such as self emptying steel tanks and refrigeration equipment, is used in the production process.
Intense cherry red with violet overtones. Aromas that remind us of fresh fruit. The carbonic maceration offers us fruit on the palate, while the traditional maceration provides balanced tannins.
We recommend that this wine be served at about 16ºC. It combines perfectly with aperitifs, but can also be enjoyed on its own. (Tapa española, pescado en salsa o ahumado)
