Technical Notes:
This wine has been made possible by cutting-edge technology. Due to the high temperatures in the Ribera del Guadiana D.O., the grape harvest begins in mid-August, and so sophisticated installations are required to achieve a white wine of VEGA ESTEBAN’s quality. These installations include self-emptying steel tanks and refrigeration equipment.
Tasting Notes:
Straw colour with green overtones. Aromas that remind us of fruit and flowers. It is light and fresh on the palate, and offers a perfect balance between fruit and acidity.
Serving Suggestions:
We recommend that this wine be served at between 7 and 10ºC. It is a perfect accompaniment to fish, pasta or aperitifs.
